Costa Rica 1999

Just before Christmas, 1999, I spent two weeks in Costa Rica.  Wonderful trip, I came down strep throat, apparently caught it while in Baltimore, where I flew out of for Costa Rica.  After a visit to a local doc, and some meds and two days of bed rest in a very nice bungalow, I was better, going on an ATV ride into the jungle.  This picture was taken in the park on the east coast, Tortuguero, up near the Nicaraguan boarder.
