Sailing on the Bay Some photos of the Golden Gate, taken from the deck of a transoceanic racing sail boat. While it was an incredible experience, part of a corporate planning retreat, it was challenging to take pictures while hanging onto any thing to keep from sliding into the bay as the ship healed over to ride the wind. The boat would seem to go past 45 degrees, and if you were at the wrong place at such a time, you could wind up lying on the deck, perched a few feet above the water without much of a hand hold, standing on the side of the gunwale.
